Shane's Master Barbering

I am so angry and upset right now. This place is very u professional. I booked an appointment to get my haircut at 1:00 pm. I get there, I let him know I’m here and he said okay. I waited a few, then he took another person. I ask him how long will it be since it’s 20 past and I booked you for 1:00pm? He proceeds to say 20-25 minutes, and the Person’s hair that he is cutting was late and his appointment was at 12:15. But he took him before me. I canceled. I got recommended by my cousin to come get my haircut here. This is my first and last time and I will not be returning such a waste of my time.

The experience i habe is always great, i always get the appointments as long as i call or request on the app ahead of time. They are always very cool and chill and the vibe is great there!! I would recommend everyone that wants a quality cut in Brockton to come here.

First time to this establishment when i walked in, no one greeted me to see what type of service I was getting. Waited for over 2hrs and ended up not even getting a cut. They said at 530pm they where full so couldn't get a hair cut. Seen a few other customers who where waiting for over 40min while they where in the chair. Worst barber experience ever !!!

Best barber shop in the area, let alone Brockton. I've been going to Shane's for years now, and never been disappointed once. Even when I moved away I'd make the journey. Shane's the best, and from what I can tell from other customers - the rest of his staff is top notch as well. Easy street parking, friendly staff, and nice waiting area. Highly recommend.

I honestly respected Shane's use to go when I was younger shop had a lot of good barbers. Now it's bad dude Sebastian cut me dude either got ADHD. Or on something he cuts you talks for about 5minutes. Then stops every 2 doing something else like cut my hair . Plus dude never on time with appointments. To make it all worst pushed my corners back wild disrespectful this close to losing my cool in the chair .
