Shandra Artura

Shandra is absolutely amazing. She has been able to help me process some personal trauma with cranial sacral therapy, and treating my son as well with CST. My 7 month old baby is now thriving; able to stretch and move his body so much easier. You can see the tension releasing before your eyes and I noticed a huge improvement after only a few sessions. I will continue to go to her!! Highly recommend.

Dr. Shandra has been able to relieve body pain when nothing else works. She knows intuitively and also through her extensive education exactly how and why to use the techniques she has mastered, to effect long lasting beneficial to change in my achy, needy body! After my first visit with Shandra I could tell improvement in my legs with pain relief and increased mobility. After my second visit I felt some improved sensation in my feet which had no feeling previously. Two days after this visit I was in the shower and started to lose my balance and to my surprise my toes curled down and stabilized my balance. This had not happened in years. I can't wait until my third visit with Shandra as I am optimistic for continued success in resolving my long standing issues after a failed back surgery.

If I could give Shandra 100 stars I would. I have had TMJ for almost 2 decades and after one visit with her she unlocked my jaw. I have gone only twice and have already noticed a reduction in headaches as well. Her space is very calming and she is so sweet and understanding. I feel like she truly wants to help me heal. I leave feeling so present and refreshed and look forward to my visits. :) thank you!
