Donna is amazing! I love how my cut and color turned out! I will definitely be going back, no questions asked. This was my first time to Shampoo one and probably one of the best experiences I've had. If you're looking for a new hair stylist, please go see her! Everyone that I interacted with at Shampoo One was great!

i had my haircut by Justin, he is the only guy who works there, they told me on the phone that the price was $56.00 for the haircut. I had a haircut one month ago and the woman at another salon did a terrible job. I hardly ever get my hair cut because I have really long hair. Anyhow, I picked Justin because he was a guy and I think they do a better job. This is just my opinion. He cut my hair in layers and i wanted bangs, and he used a hot iron to flatten my too think hair, but when I washed it the next day, it was thick again, he did a good job but, He should of thanked me for the $10.00 tip and he did not and that upset me.

My experience at Shampoo One has always been nothing but the best. Donna always provides me with exactly what I want and I leave feeling wonderful! She has the most pleasant and enjoyable personality!!!

First time there and never again, the stylist just could not listen, my hair came out way too dark and my roots even darker, she 100% failed to listen, did what she wanted, then cutting a piece was bothering her, but not me, I allowed her to cut, it was fine, but when a stylist does not listen that a problem, I left so pissed that I bit my tongue just to get out. Now I have to get it color corrected, a total of just about 300, for a cut and color then the cost of the correction. Stir clear if you value your hair.
