I really wanted to love it here but I was very disappointed with my experience. As soon as I walked in and sat down Kaitlyn was continuously talking bad about one of her clients which was very uncomfortable. The pictures of her work she posts online look beautiful which is what prompted me to go to her but I left with frizzy hair and sections that weren't straight. Her prices are also more expensive than what she advertises on her Vagaro booking website..

This review is about my experience with getting hair extensions with Kaitlyn. This is a service I have been getting done for many years. First you need to know that the amount of hair extensions that were ordered and purchased did not match the amount of extensions that were placed in my hair. During the process of placing the hair many of the hairs were either misplaced or simply were not places . So I paid for each of the sets by piece and they simply were not all applied. This is unacceptable. Normally one would take the time to wash and blow dry your hair before installing the hair. This was not done which will impact the outcome.
