My experience was AMAZING!!! from the moment I called the store to get instructions on how I should book (due to a specific scalp concern) to the moment I walked out of the door after service. The setting was calming, perfect music selections, I was educated on what my hairs needs were, and the wash was amazing! I ended up getting the Top Tier silk press service and it was worth every penny. My scalp has felt so refreshed and renewed. And to top it off, Karter was very adamant about complimenting what she feels I’ve done well to encourage me to keep up my healthy hair journey, and she continuously checked on me to make sure that I as a human being was mentally fine and/or needed water. A wonderful establishment indeed!

What a pleasant experience! I visited this lovely establishment to prepare my hair for braids. I came in as a stranger but felt like family when I was leaving. The customer service is top knotch and the quality of service is excellent. I was pampered throughout my whole experience. Jeanette was pleasant and welcoming and really just an all around good person. She made my scalp feel great and my hair was in tip top shape and ready for braids after she was finished. If you are looking for a place to get your hair washed and receive quality service, this is the place. Don't hesitate. You will love your experience. I will be returning to have my braids taken down and hair prepared for the next set of braids.

omgggg ...hands down the best hair wash I have ever gotten in my life. I loved how knowledgeable she was on natural products for my natural hair. The scrub, massage, natural aloe and steam was so delightful 😊 . I also love the complimenty WINE 🍷. Perfect for my hectic week and being a mom. I'm definitely addicted to this woman's hands. I'll be back with my friends, perfect for a girl's pamper day . Healthy clean hair is a must!

When I tell you that this WOMAN was so polite and sweet to me, you need to understand. What I enjoy the most are the vibes and energy. The experience was delivered flawlessly, and I'm not sure where else I'd rather be. She took care of my hair and taught me on the importance of hair in today's society. I didn't anticipate her to have such an immediate impact on my life. SHAMPOO BAR IS MY FAVORITE.

OMG…. All I can say is if you have not been here you are missing out! I went here this past Friday and I will be going back. Jeanete was so welcoming and knowledgeable. She let me know what she was using on my hair and explained the benefits of doing this treatment. Now, the shampoo was a whole experience in itself., my scalp never felt so good!!!
