Shakti Salon

First time here at Shakti,and I’m happy with the out come of my Perm done by Stylist Amy who to her time to explain the process and make sure I was conftable all the time. She did an awesome work which I already lv . I’m glad I contact them through Facebook oh and the girls upfront receptionist and all were very nice. At the end I also got to use a coupon for new Clients saving me some$$ here some pics. Definitely will return.. thank you Amy and thank you Shakti

This morning around 9:45 a.m. on February 3, 2026, I tried to book an appointment online. I’ve been here a few times before, so I attempted to create an account. My email went through, I received a code, and I also received a confirmation email thanking me for creating an account. However, when I entered the code, I received an error. I then tried booking as a guest. I selected haircut & styling, chose EJ, and was shown three available appointments for today: 10:45 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 3:15 p.m. I selected the 12:30 p.m. appointment and went to checkout, but due to the account issues, I decided to wait and call once the salon opened at 10:00 a.m. When I called, I explained the situation and mentioned that I had seen the 12:30 p.m. appointment available and was hoping to get in today sin

Usually I'm in such a great mood after I get a haircut, but not this time.The person that cut my hair did not know what they were doing at all.( Melinda) My hair was uneven on all sides. My hair was still wet when I left. A master stylist had to come over and fix it. I was totally unhappy with this person.I will never have them touch my hair again.

I had my hair colored and a blow dry. When I left the salon I had errands to run. I was complemented on my hair every where I went. I was asked for the name of the Salon and happily shared. My husband loved my hair, as well. I am one happy customer and I give Shakti 5 stars.

Overall great experience, I got a dark burgundy color. I have a lot of hair, very dense and I think the price is reasonable; on the higher end but worth it. Also they have a nice deal for first time guests.
