Shake's Shop Barber

this barber shop is very unsanitary. Mr. Clean needs to make a visit down there. The floor is very dirty, there is hair all over the place. I understand some, but I don’t think this guy likes to clean. Haircuts are below average, and he will send ya out with hair streaks on your head, does not clean you off, and uses disposable razors to shave you. This guy needs to go back to school, also have a good eye exam done. Definitely a one and done for me. If you like all of the above, and a barber that does a rush job, then he is your guy…..the name shake for a barber should be concerning. Shame on me

This has to be the dirtiest and laziest barber in Middletown….dude is sitting in an empty shop playing video games and tells me he’s booked when it’s a no appointment shop. I said ok, left and sat out there for fifteen minutes, not a soul went in that shop. Kinda glad that I did not get haircut there. The shop is dirty, filled with clutter, and smelled funny. Thanks for turning me away dude! Found a way better and cleaner shop up on the main drag. Faded edge hahahaha, what a joke your shop is

I have been coming here for 4 years and I used to really enjoy getting a haircut from Jeff he was really good with haircuts and shave's. However in the last year out of seven or eight times I've tried to get a haircut I think I've only been successful once. I'm always told to come back tomorrow or that he's booked Even though there is no one in the shop when I come in. I hope you get more help so that your hours are more consistent.

I have only been in the Harrisburg area for about four months. Today was the third time to go to Shake's, he was referred by a friend. I am extremely happy with the way Jeff cuts my hair. I just wanted to say thanks. It is always an enjoyable experience.

He does not cut hair, he uses a razor and goes crazy. I asked him for a certain style with certain lengths and he just gave me a buzz cut. Other than that his hours are not consistent. The second time I went to him at 1:45 and saw that he had a sign that he’d be back by 3. I came back at 3:05 and he was sitting there playing xbox and told me to come back at 5:30 because he has a customer at 3:15 and then another one at 4:30.... How long does it take to give two haircuts. I decided not to go back because this is an amateur business run by someone who is not serious about his work.
