Shaker Hair and Beauty Supply

This place has horrible customer service was waiting 10 minutes before I was acknowledged and received assistance. Bought 4 packs of discontinued Tasha hair for $77. Went to another store and same hair was $30 less. Came back within an hour, they refused to give me a refund, will only give me a store credit. Even though it was less than an hour later. Had no option but to take the store credit. Afer this money is spent. I will never return again.

Nice place huge store once inside. It’s a little cramped in the front by register area. Staff friendly. Prices reasonable

Went there and purchased some human hair for Bohemian braids. The young lady told me that they here was $45. The hair was deep wave and now the hair is straight after one day!!!!!!!!. Went back to the store to tell them that their hair was not real And the young man told me to come back when the manager is there on Wednesday. Please don’t buy their fake hair

They are extremely nice they treat black women with respect and they do alot for the community the quality of hair they have so many different products to grow hair I didn't have time to look through everything I had my baby with me but they weren't rude they didn't make me feel like they were watching me they were helpful generous I wasn't having the best day and they made me smile Thanks guys everybody SHOP HERE!THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE ENTIRE CITY hands down BEST PRICE! GOOD QUALITY!

Staff is VERY nice and EXTREMELY helpful! First time visiting this store, and it was AMAZING! I will definitely be back!!
