Nikki Greenlee did a magnificent job on my nails for the holidays.

Y’all I came in with dark box colored hair that needed highlights and then silver and I left very happy! Jennifer was professional talented and efficient. She told me what she could do and she did it and for hundreds less then I have paid in the past! She is awesome!! Fun to talk to… I totally enjoyed it!

Walk-ins are not welcome. I walked in 3x last week and could not get a haircut. I called this morning for an appointment. Still no one available. Don't waste your time.

Jennifer has been fixing my hair for about 19 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone who works there treats you like family, not just a customer. If you are looking for a great place to get beautified look no further, Shaggy's is the place. I moved to Hot Springs and I still go to Shaggy's in Batesville, AR. That's the only place for me.

Made my husband wait almost an hour just to tell him that they were not going to be able to do his haircut. Not to mention the lady who was there, was going to get in a lady who had an appt till next week. And got in there about 20 minutes later than my husband.
