Excellent service. Great communication and easy to get in. I called a few days ahead to schedule my wife a perm. They were able to give me a price up front and was ready for her when she walked in the door. Fantastic results. Nikki did an amazing job.

First time visit. My wife has a broken ankle and is confined to a wheelchair, making it difficult to shower and wash her hair. Since they are very close to our current residence, my wife made an appointment to get a hair wash and haircut. Upon arriving at the salon, the whole crew was very empathetic and accommodating to make my wife comfortable. They figured out a way to keep my wife dry while washing her hair while in her wheelchair, and the stylist (whose name I unfortunately don't remember), did a great job on her haircut, even looking up my wife's favorite hair style on her phone. One note, some of the stylists are cash only.

I was from out of town and made an appointment for a haircut days in advance. Shortly after being dropped off I was told that the hair stylist that was to cut my hair was not there that day and they didn't have time to cut my hair. No trying to accommodate me at all. Didn't even act like they cared. I had heard other negative comments regarding the salon but thought I would try it for myself. Never again will I walk through those doors. Very cold atmosphere and unfriendly service.
