My mom went in to get her nails done for her birthday. She needed to take a break from the gel For a personal reason. Tracy totally screwed up my mother’s nails and let her leave the salon without properly drying her nails and now they look terrible for her birthday. My, mom still tipped this woman after she gave her some Janky nails. She kept saying that she didn’t know how long it would take for the regular polish to dry because it wasn’t gel polish. My thing is what were you doing before Paul gel polish was invented, which was in the late 80s and 90s!??? My mom wants to return to this woman, but I told her to please not to go back. I will find her a nicer nail shop maybe the nail luxury that’s next to Panera bread will be better for her. Tracy got out on my mom for $30 and that’s a dang

I went there in hopes to get a coffin shape, simple French tip design. The lady was very nice, but she saw the pictures knew my expectation And instead of her simply saying, we don’t have that color she can’t do that.Type of French tip She wanna head and proceeded to what she thought look best.. eventually, I just went with a simple polish not wat I wanted but It turned out to be OK.

The service was ok but my nails look so janky, for 1 they are bulky, the shaping isn’t like the video/picture I showed them , I just got these done yesterday and the gel polish chipped already (this has never happened to me before and it wasn’t even a full 24 hrs) , and my cuticles got nicked and cut by the drill multiple times while I was being filed, and I have a cut on the side of my pinky from the file. My friends nails were also shaped horribly and bulky too . I called 30 minutes before hand to let them know what we wanted, we get there , chose our colors, then we’re sat down to get our nails done…. I literally showed the man who was supposed to do them , the video (the last ss) of the acrylic overlay I wanted and he said he could do it… Yall why were my nails no where near close to l

Had such an amazing experience here! Veronica was so friendly and took the time to do my nails right. Her design work is incredible. All staff are friendly, the space is clean and welcoming! I highly recommend getting your nails done here ♥️

I would give 0 stars if I could. My nails were completely ruined after going in for an acrylic removal. I made an appointment at 3pm and arrived 5 minutes late which I had called them in advance to inform. I walk in and there are 2 nail techs who have clients with them already. I wait about 10-15 minutes for one of them to finish up and then get seated. She tries to cut my natural nails even when I told her I want to keep the length of my natural nails and just want to get the acrylic off. She proceeds to grab a bowl to pour acetone into and I dip both of my hands in. As I am waiting, she grabs the next client and starts her full set. As some time goes by, I lift my hands to check the progress and she insists I put it in for more time. This happens a couple of times and she ends up FINISHI
