I always love getting my hair done here! Clean and inviting salon with a great staff! My stylist Angela Stuckey always get me right!

After being natural for 5 yrs I decided to get a relaxer. I noticed the Shadez of Beauty Salon when I used to take my grandson to his daycare. I called Shadez of Beauty in Chesapeake and spoke to Mrs. Angela. She was courteous on the phone in setting my hair appointment. Today I arrive to an amazingly warm salon. Mrs. Angela and everyone were so welcoming. The aesthetics are gorgeous. Communication is OUTSTANDING! Prompt service, she hustled to get me done and was very attentive . Mrs.Angela asked what I wanted for my hair and made sure that we were both on the same page as to what was to be expected at my hair appointment. She and her staff present a professional, caring, friendly and fun environment. I am headed back to Washington state on Monday. Next time I come to town I will be back

I was hesitant in getting my hair done and trying something new. I spoke with Angela over the phone and told her my concerns and what I wanted. She was able to squeeze me into a appointment and was so professional and knew exactly what my hair needed to be healthy. I am definitely going back to her and I love my hairstyle.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I am not rating the shop as a whole, only one stylist in particular. Skyla. She provided me with the micro link service along with coloring my hair. The hairstyle itself was cute, however the quality of the work was HORRIBLE. And she severely damaged my hair. She over processed my hair during the coloring service which has resulted in my healthy hair now being dry, and extremely fragile and brittle. But it doesn’t end there, she should not be allowed to give anyone microlinks using the metowi method, as SEVERAL beads came out of my head with MY HAIR ATTACHED. She also lied to me about “texture matching”, as the wefts WERE NOT the same texture of my curl pattern. That being the main reason I got the style. She over charged me for the hair bundles and the st
