Very pleased with the customer service at Shades of Excellence from the time I called to schedule the appointment until we left looking brand new. My daughter’s hair was pretty damaged from braids and tight ponytails. Dana deep conditioned, flat ironed and trimmed her hair bringing it back to life. Dana was super helpful and answered my MANY questions as I learn how best to take care of my daughter’s hair. She provided great recommendations. She started the appointment on time (did not over book), and was done in little over an hour. My daughter’s comments were: “She was nice. She did not pull too tight or burn my scalp” 🤭

I have been to this shop multiple times. Although, I’ve had different stylist to do my hair, I’ve been pleased every time. This morning, I came in for a full head sew in. Marina did a wonderful job. She works fasts and is creative. Thanks again!

Even though she has years of experience she took shortcuts in doing my hair. My edges weren't smooth, my hair should have been smoothed out better and I didn't receive a proper haircut. My hair feels rough in places.

I love this salon I always get good results and love the vibe in here as well. Kathy does excellent work, my hair has grown so much since I've started going to her. She even recommends good products as well. I highly recommend going here they also have awesome barbers and a lady who colors hair very well. Don't sleep on this salon, give them a try if you looking or in the neighborhood.
