Her lip glosses are nice. However when ordering from the website please be advised that shipping takes FOREVER! I’ve ordered from her 3 times. The first order was shipped out 2 weeks after being placed. The second was shipped out right away (“but lost in shipment”) and the 3rd one (which I am currently waiting on) has yet to be shipped out and it’s been 3 weeks!!! So if you’re interested in ordering, just know that she’ll take her dear sweet time!

I don’t know if it took that long for the first order to come through why people would want to continue to buy. But anyways I’m all about great service and I thought I would support a few black owned companies and she was one I ordered my stuff going on 2 weeks and no updates or delivery of my item. Reached out to her for an update since the app was a waste in downloading since she clearly doesn’t update it. She referred to her shipping guidelines. No response to the email I sent. Very disappointed. Should definitely lower the prices especially if you can’t send items out in a timely matter.

I wish I could give 0 stars for customer service alone.. I made an order on April 21st. Website states delivery is 5-7 days. I emailed on May 1st because there was no movement on the package. No response. I hadn’t received a tracking # or anything. I sent another message a few days later STILL no response. I was ok with being patient as I understand the mail system may be a bit slower these days.. I get an email with a tracking # around May 4th. Here it is May 18th (a month later) and package still hasn’t been received . I don’t even think it was ever dropped off to begin with unless it’s lost at the post office. So, I ordered the strawberry oatmeal mask and the tooty fruity mask on May 1st. I received my masks on May 8th. Once I received my product the strawberry mask was busted. It was everywhere. I took a picture of it and my order number and email support. They responded back a couple days later stating they will return the item that is busted. I’m still awaiting that item. I asked when will it be shipped they refer me to their shipping policy. All I wanted was tracking information. During this COVID19 I decided to try shopping online. I hate it due to packages lost or product not what they claim. I will never support anything she puts on her site or even if it pop up in stores. Customer service goes a long way. Absolutely loved the lip gloss & liner, the shipping was super quick & I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response by customer service. She was able to change my gloss last minute. I will be purchasing again!
