I had a very disappointing experience with Shania Brushups Cosmetics. The customer service was terrible, and the representatives were unhelpful and rude. I had an issue with one of their products, and it took weeks to get a response from their support team. When I finally did, they were dismissive and unapologetic. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor customer service and lack of concern for their customers.

I reached out and spoke with the owner who patiently helped me choose all the right products and colors for me! I have heard great things about her makeup and can’t wait to receive my products and use them.

I met Allison when she was at the Sephardic Center in Brooklyn(at 2 of their boutique events) and tried 3 of her products. I really like the brow powder because it is so natural looking and easy to apply; the lipstick powder is great and also easy to apply. The blush is also a great product. In addition to the high quality, the products are well-priced.
