Sha Nail Salon

I have been going to Sha for 5 years now!!! It’s the best nail salon in the St Louis area. Everyone is so nice and friendly and the salon is so cute and aesthetic! The owner, Lin, is so kind and always does an amazing job with my nails. Sha Nails is the best!

I love Sha Nail except for today, I booked an appointment with the owner's husband for Tim, I came for my appointment and Tim didn't even know he had an appointment with me and they sent me with a new employee, who just grinded my foot to the point that I bled, it's quite obvious that was the soft part of my foot and she hacked away, I told her to stop and she did not understand: therefore, I had to move my foot away, I am very, frustrated, I came there to get some peace and be treated, instead I left the salon with my foot bandaged. Very disappointed 😞

I've been going to Sha Nail Salon, and its predecessor, Spa Central, for about the last 12 years, and I won't go anywhere else, the owner Lynn is an incredible human being filled with joy, and her brother Tim and the entire team feel like family every time I go, greeting me with hugs, and making me feel so welcome, and the quality of the nail, hand, and foot care is always top notch, so even though it's about a 20 minute drive for me I gladly make the trip every 3 weeks because it's absolutely worth every penny, and I always feel better after my little Sha Spa time!

Consistently good experience at Sha! Tim and Lynn do a great job and I love going! My only complaint is when others there have done a kids manicure, it is rushed and usually comes off my daughter’s nails within just a few days.

Have come here a few times, only to be thoroughly disappointed with the staff rushing to get done, being rude and gruff and having bad results. Will not return. It’s a cute place but the people who work there don’t deliver. UPDATE: Someone from Sha Nail Salon reached out to me, asking me to come back in and have them fix my nails. I was out of town and couldn’t go, but it’s helpful to know they pay attention to reviews.
