Normally I wouldn’t leave a review, but I have to warn others. I had a disappointing experience at this salon. First, they arrived late for my daughter’s appointment, which set a negative tone for the visit. After the service, I noticed that the hair started to loosen just five days later. We attempted to reach out for a follow-up appointment to fix the issue, but communication was poor, and my messages went unanswered.Additionally, they used Dutch braiding for the sew-in, which left the installation feeling insecure. I was really hoping to find a long-term stylist, but unfortunately, this experience has led me to look elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this salon based on my experience.

I didn’t even get to go to the salon. I had an appointment for 3:30pm, I called the morning of around 9am to reschedule my appointment. They answered and confirmed that I COULD reschedule my appointment, they gave me a day and didn’t tell me the time because the appointment needed to be “confirmed”. I called them and left a message a day before (the day they said I could reschedule for was a day after the day they gave me), my call went straight to voicemail, the day of what was supposed to be my appointment I called 5 times and once again straight to voicemail. I’m extremely disappointed in the unprofessional behavior from this establishment. I understand that my deposit is non-refundable, but if you did not/could not reschedule my appointment let me know, rather than lie to me and essent

i would not recommend. the lady did 4 big braids on my head which made my sew in really bulky nd she did not melt my closure. she also arrived 20 minutes late without warning then did this stupid stuff in my head. i paid almost 500$ i am very unsatisfied and will never be back.

Visiting the salon after researching the business for sometime seeing a lot of negative reviews but still giving it a try and I’m so happy I did. Shawanda was the best. She is personable and very much talented. She educated me on what I needed to do to get my hair as healthy as I wanted. Her question to me was “what are your hair goals?” No stylist I’ve ever met has ever asked me that question. I’m so happy with my hair. I received a sew basic install which was discounted for the day and time I booked a trim and hair steam. I have to say I was surprised about how quick I was done

My daughter and I recently visited this salon for extensions, and while the space is visually appealing, the service left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the stylists here seem inexperienced with traditional sew-ins and lace closure sew-ins. The stylist who worked on my daughter’s hair (she had copper hair) didn’t even know how to properly curl the hair. The braiding pattern was inconsistent, with two large braids in the back and smaller ones on the sides—it looked rushed and unprofessional, as you can see in the photos. As for my own experience, my lace was already lifting within 24 hours, and parts of my hair weren’t even sewn down completely, which is unacceptable.
