Hopefully my rating, makes the ratings of this place go up. I’ve been going here since I was 13 I am 18 now. I used to do waxing, but decided threading was a better option for me. The lady shorter with the long black hair, the one that is always hanging around in the front. (I don’t know her name) but she does an amazing job on my brows, fast and doesn’t really hurt that bad. I’ve been other places where they go over the same spot each and every time and it starts to burn. I’m a red head, who has very sensitive skin. I hope this can help someone else who is interested in going here. Don’t listen to the other reviews they are old.

I rated 2 stars because it used to be my favorite place to go. My recent experience was not pleasant at all. I waited over 5 minutes till someone showed up to acknowledge me. I thought, "No big deal, maybe she had to use the restroom." But then the service was horrible. I thought the lady was saying something to me, but then she would say, "I'm not talking to you." It turns out she was on her bluetooth paying her bills the entire time, reading card numbers, etc. It was so awkward and unprofessional. I felt like I was an interruption of her day. I really wish I had waited till a more professional lady was there. Now I'm afraid to go back.

Got a Brazilian wax here & OM freakin’ G that was a huge mistake. I don’t think the lady knew what she was doing at all. I’ve had brazilian waxes done multiple times before elsewhere and always have a great experience. Here was a totally different story. The way she did it hurt much worse than it ever has before and she broke many of the hairs instead of pulling them out at the root. At the end of the session I still had a ton of peach fuzz downstairs. Try at your own risk.

Worst lashes I've had. I won't go back. Half way through the lady chuckled and said "oh, I forgot what length you asked for." I left looking like I have had these lashes on for weeks, instead of them looking like they should last for weeks. Huge disappointment, BAD job!!
