Went in yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed and I have two different shaped eyebrows and one is cut way thinner then the other now and the lady was not even apologetic or didn’t even attempt to fix it but Merry Christmas they have officially lost my service I Been going there for a long time but there are many new faces

my experience here was good the lady was a little rough on my lashes but it was alright she did very good on the eyebrow and got every little hair out. they were loud on the phone and was on ft

I visited this place and all those who were working, there they were talking on the phone and at the same time working. After they finished the client they had, I waited for 15 minutes watching how they had fun talking until I went to the front of them and I talked to them and of course they they were with headphones and in their conversation ... I will never visit this place again ...
