The lady that has been there the longest is amazing! I have been coming to her for two years. As for the newest lady she is in need of more practice and is a bit disrespectful when receiving kind feedback.

Love getting my eyebrows done here. I always go to Shoba she is the best. She fixed my eyebrows after they were so uneven and did a great job. I have also gotten lash extensions and my eyebrows dyed and have loved the results.

I came in with my daughter for us both to get a facial and me to get eyelashes done. I’ve had my eyelashes done there before so I did not mind waiting. We had to wait for the customer that was there before us which was fine no problem. Other customers were coming in I was taken with my turn and instead of doing my daughters facial after me, She took the person that came in after us before my daughter. That was the beginning of the problems. I was missing a small spot in my previously done lashes and asked her just to fill it. She basically said she couldn’t or something to that effect and started pulling on the already put lashes and she was yanking on them and she basically pulled out a lot of my lashes. I was very disappointed with my eyebrow threading and tinting. I feel like it was a complete waste of money. She threaded way too much of my eyebrow off and the tenting didn’t even last 24 hours!! I expressed to her that I didn’t like the way they looked when the tinting product was applied. She told me to wait until she remove the tenting product. My brows were two completely different shapes one had an arch and one didn’t but there was a slight tint that I noticed. As soon as I got home took a shower and washed my face (which was about 6 hours later) the tenting went away almost immediately. I will be contacting the store for a refund ASAP . Never again. 😑✋🏾

Shoba is amazing ... she is the only person I trust to do my eyebrows. She gives great customer service, very pleasant an without a doubt she has amazing talent. I would recommend Shoba!
