Absolutely the best Nail Tech school in the area! They truly deserve more than 5 stars. I had an amazing experience from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone pursuing a career in nails. Lisa is fantastic to work with—always supportive, responsive, and genuinely invested in her students' success. The Board exams were challenging, but Lisa was there every step of the way, making sure I was fully prepared. Her quick responses to emails and readiness to answer questions made all the difference. I’m so grateful for everything.

On March 19th, my daughter and I visited this spa to assist a student in practicing manicures and pedicures. Prior to our arrival, the teacher, Lisa, had approved our visit, as is the protocol for all models. We received confirmation and attended the appointment as scheduled. The student provided exceptional service to both my daughter and me. However, after we finished, Lisa spoke to the student in private and was reportedly rude. I later discovered that Lisa was upset because two models were being serviced simultaneously, despite having approved our visit in advance. I truly hate to post a bad review on a small business, but I’m hoping that this will change the customer service moving forward. This was my first time at the salon getting a pedicure from Tanya. I called the salon to say that I was on the way and confirm my appointment, and nobody answered the phone despite calling three times. Once reaching the salon, I came in and was approached by Tanya, who asked “are you Amber?” I said “yes I called but did not receive an answer.” She stated the Manager carries the phone for the salon and she was not there that day.
