I received a gift card for $120 a few years back for my birthday and unfortunately haven't gotten around to wanting to use it until today. I called the salon regarding using it and I was told that the gift card expired/ I can no longer use it. They didn't even try to offer a different solution or something to compensate. There is no expiration date listed or shown anywhere on the envelope or on the card itself. i've never heard of gift cards, expiring, and I think that it should be something that is posted on the card itself. If you are going to give them an expiration date. They try to say it's because they are a small business, but at the end of the day they still profited off of the $120 plus tax that was paid for the card, and she was unwilling to even try to offer me a different solut

I swear my skin has never felt this refreshed and hydrated. Jennifer was so kind, calm and knowledgeable. She left so much space for peace and quiet, but also was informative. Hands of an angel. So happy with my experience here! Highly recommend.

The skill and professionalism of the aesthetician, Jennifer, who did my facial is unparalleled. The facial and scalp massage were the absolute best I have had. She explained the purpose of each product she used during the facial. I highly recommend the Yuzu oil add on- it was fabulous. My only regret is that I don’t live closer otherwise this would be my go to, hands down.
