I was meeting my friend for dinner last night and she was stuck in traffic so I saw this shop, I went in to ask if anyone does relaxers. Tika was amazing she said she didn't do relaxers but she got on the phone to their other salon and connected me with Kenya who also was so amazing. My hair was very damaged from another stylist. Kenya was able to get me in today she explained everything to me and helped me to fix my problem. Your customer service skills are impeccable we don't see that too much in these times. I relocated to Charlotte a year ago . I was one year into my loc journey. The first two months seemed ok . Then I started noticing holes throughout my locs. I have 420 sisterlocks. I spoke to the owner about my concerns after the loctician wasn’t acknowledging this. She explained she would speak to her and it would be ok. That loctician left then the new person did the maintenance . The holes became worse and locs started falling. Off. They stated it was my health sleeping stress. Which is was not I sent another email to the owner asking if she could pls look at my locs and fix them. They advised I had to pay to fix what thy messed up. My locs were so precise when I started now they are ruined . I found out the persons who was doing my locs wasn’t even certified . Ask bfore you go are you

I believe I been going to Jasmine for a little over a year now. I was referred to her, and in the beginning I didn’t have no issues. She would make comments about my hair being thick and having a lot. As I explained to her I’ve heard this all my life and didn’t take it offensive. However fast forward to the last 4 months, I notice when I get my reties, I didn’t feel I got one. My hair was very frizzy and hair was not loc neatly. I brought this up to her, she stated with me working out more, sweating some people hair can do that but she will retie my new grow and hair that’s growing outside my loc back into the loc. I trusted her, I never missed 1 appt, always paid whatever price she put on the screen. I still felt not happy with how my hair was looking and I got a second review of my hair,

I got my Sisterlocks installed here last year and I am pleased to say this was a great decision. Not only because I love my hair but because of the business itself. It’s clean, scheduling is a breeze, and staff are positive and professional. I am so happy to be one of Yolanda’s clients.
