The place is very clean, organized, and cozy. The prices are very reasonable, and you can even earn reward points! The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs, with great pressure during the massage. They truly care about customer satisfaction and make sure you leave feeling completely relaxed. I’ve tried several massage places around, but this one stands out for its consistency, atmosphere, and quality of service. This place has amazing and had kind staff. My 2 friends and I went last minute after work and the staff was able to get us in immediately without an appointment. The massage was amazing and I will be back soon and will recommend it to all of my coworkers. The massage was also extremely affordable for the high quality.

The best massage experience ever! Serenity Massage is incredibly professional, clean, and relaxing — with real private rooms, not just curtains. Every time I mention where I have tightness, they know exactly how to relieve it. You can tell they truly care about making you feel your best. The 1-hour full body with a facial is the perfect combo! Plus, I love that it’s woman-owned. Highly recommend!

Today was my first time here with my 14-year-old son, who got injured in a boxing match. Everyone has been very friendly to us. Our massage therapist today was May. She gave him a 90-minute sports massage. We've been to other places before where he didn't receive much attention at all, but here was different. After the massage, my son felt much better and couldn't stop talking about how great it was; the pain has significantly reduced. We will definitely recommend you and will come back next time. SImply one of the best Massage Therapy places in Riverside and surrounding area. I get a massage for my back issue once a month, this is my first visit to this place and I highly recommend it. It is very clean, well staffed. Importantly, It is quiet and relaxing. There is not a lot of additional talking and outside noise or odd smells, Just a very clean, relaxing and professional. Angela was my therapist and was simply amazing. 5 Stars Plus
