Serenity Spa

I learned about this spa when my esthetician Sara came to work at Serenity Spa! The vibe inside is very calming and they are very friendly. I love getting the hydrofacial deluxe monthly and I love that they offer a membership at a discounted price!! I truly love my facials with Sara, she is an expert and truly treats your skin needs and explains things thoroughly and will offer advice and products recommendations but only if it makes sense for you. Also understand everyone’s skins can act differently to different things. She creates such a welcoming, calm and safe space!! I can truly relax when I am in service with her, and if I’m feeling chatty we can have some fun chats! She lets me choose my appt vibe and follows my lead!!

⭐️ One star for the business (five stars for the esthetician) Robin Ogden is a truly wonderful esthetician, and my experience with her was exceptional. I normally see another esthetician nearby, but her schedule isn’t very flexible, so I was excited to find someone else just as extraordinary. Robin absolutely delivered, and I can’t say enough good things about her work. Unfortunately, despite the great service, I will not be returning due to the business’s policies. I spent over $360 today on services and products. I had planned to purchase additional products but decided to stick to a budget and buy more on my next visit. I used two testers of the same body butter and chose one to purchase. After leaving and running errands, I realized I preferred the other scent once it had settled on m

I booked spa appointments for me and my daughter to celebrate her college graduation. We drove 40 minutes to get to the spa. When we were about to walk into the spa I received a text from J assistant manager. She reported that they had to cancel one of the two appointments I had scheduled for my daughter due to staffing emergency. The spa took the money from my visa card when I booked the appointments. I asked if I would be getting a refund on my visa card for the appointment that they canceled. I was told by J that it was company policy they don't do refunds. I explained that it was them that canceled the appointment not me. J told me I could rebook this appointment or get a gift card. I ended up getting a gift card and spending the money in the spa store. I will never return

I saw Sara recently for a facial and was blown away! She asked me about my concerns and they were totally addressed during the facial. I really felt heard! I was so relaxed afterwards and she has such an amazing touch, she definitely knows what she is doing! She is also so warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. I immediately felt at ease! I highly reccomend booking a facial with her!

Robin is an EXPERT at skincare and has a ton of experience! Christina does killer brows! Maddie is extremely knowledgeable and can answer any of your skincare questions, she’s also great at bodywork like wraps and scrubs! If you want Deep Tissue I would ask for Elise! Elise is a savant when it comes to massage!
