Customer Reviews
Check the reviews before making the appointment. Unlike I did. I was fishing for something to do in the area and decided to make a massage appointment before doing any research prior to making the appointment. My massage was excellent. I believe the guy‘s name was David, he did a really nice soothing massage, so props to David. However, the massage was on the expensive side. I paid $160 for 50 minute massage. When there are other massages at a legit spa that are $160 for an hour and a half. That was my fault. I did not do a little more research on my end before making the appointment. That being said, they are in a very prominent location on the main street near the gondola so I understand they have to keep their prices high, for that type of commercial rent. Yes the store is a bit of a t
had a very disappointing experience at this massage spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unprofessional and rushed. The staff at the front desk seemed uninterested and not very welcoming, which immediately set a negative tone. The massage itself was far from relaxing. The therapist seemed distracted and inconsistent with the pressure, and it honestly felt like they were rushing to finish. I also noticed that the room didn’t feel as clean or well-maintained as I would expect from a professional spa. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling more stressed than relaxed. I would not recommend this place and will definitely not be returning. And in addition to this whole disappointing ex

This review is for the location located near the street in the Heavenly Shops area. It's important to set your expectations and know what you are getting for $190 (in my case-deep tissue). This was NOT a deep tissue massage and was nowhere near worth $190. The massage I received was like something you'd get at your local strip mall and pay $60 for. There's no spa music, table and room were cold, my "50 minute" massage started at 2:04 and ended at 2:50. My massage therapist clearly had no idea how to do a proper massage, let alone deep tissue. I have had 100's of massages in my life and this was by far one of the worst. I wanted to end the massage after about 15 minutes in. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
Well we come here every year when we visit to get couples massages. We've always been happy and normally get an hour massage. This time I just wanted 20 minutes more so requested an hour and a half and they charged us $200 more per massage at the end. I was shocked at a bill of $560. Massages were mediocre. I tried talking to them about the price and they would rather have argued with me in front of people in the store... rather than have a happy customer because the money was more important to them. Massage therapists were very nice though. This is partly my fault for not asking how much more that 20 minutes was going to be. Feels like price gouging for sure!
