Serenity Spa

I was initially excited about my recent Groupon purchase of two vouchers — the deal looked great and I was looking forward to the service. Unfortunately, my experience with the business was extremely disappointing. I scheduled my appointment in advance and received a confirmation, but the staff member hung up before our conversation was finished. When I arrived at the confirmed appointment time, I was told there was “no water” and was not even offered the next available appointment which I prefer weekend. The woman I spoke with was dismissive and rude, and her attitude made the situation even more frustrating. So don't go there .

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage at Serenity Spa! The office was comfortable and relaxing, staff was friendly and professional, and my massage was perfect! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I will definitely be going back and would recommend Serenity to anyone searching for a good massage!

WOW. Came here for a couples massage and sauna—both experiences were wonderful! Dolly did my massage and she was incredible—she focused on all the spots I had marked and I swear she could sense where I had issues in my back. The sauna was so clean and felt wonderful. Overall the environment is very friendly and clean! Highly recommend!

I came to this Spa using a Groupon for a head massage. It was excellent. Then felt like I needed more and also got a full body massage for $70. My masseuse, Grace, knew exactly the pain points and was able to take it away. Clean space and did not push for a tip like most establishments. Don’t agree with the 3% charge for credit card. That should be the spas responsibility. Overall great place.

I had such a wonderful experience at Serenity Spa! Tina was absolutely amazing — patient, caring, and very professional. I came in with a lot of body pain and tension from stress, and she took the time to really listen and focus on the areas that were bothering me the most. Her technique was perfect — firm yet gentle — and I could feel the difference right away. After the session, my pain was greatly reduced, and my whole body felt lighter and more relaxed. It was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. The atmosphere at Serenity Spa was calm and soothing, making it easy to unwind. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Tina to anyone who needs real relief and relaxation!
