1. Restrictions of usage are not clearly stated or posted. 2. Way overpriced for the service received. 2a. Massage was not even a massage. It was more like a relaxation medium to put you to sleep. Requested more pressure, but it was more like rocking you to sleep than a massage. I had knots that I needed to be worked on. I did not book a massage to be rocked to sleep. 2b. 50 minute massage is not even 50 minutes. The "timer" starts once the so called therapist gets you into the room. Me and my wife had our Reyban Meta Ai glasses keep track of start and stop times. The "Actual Massage" was less than 40 minutes. 3. False advertising. No meal service is available for the " day spa" service they are advertising on the website for the beach location. 4. $150.00+tax and 20% gratuity aut

This was such a nice little hidden gem! Even though I was staying right next door to it, I’d never have known that it was there- my mother-in-law only found it after calling our resort and asking if there were any spas nearby. Regardless it was bigger than it looked with a steam room, dry sauna and hot tub along with showers and a changing room along with some nice spaces to lounge. My facial was impeccable (I think my aesthetician’s name was Elina) and I was super impressed. The lockers in the changing area were a bit tricky, but just ask for help and they’ll get you taken care of. All in all I was super impressed and would definitely make sure to come back the next time that I’m in the area.

My visit started off not so pleasant due to being assigned a male masseuse, which I never had before and will never prefer. After 10-15 minutes of discussion, another female masseuse offered to perform my massage during the reserved time instead of making me wait another hour or rescheduling. The massage was decent; however, I left with the same elbow area pain and neck tension I had prior to coming. This was the most expensive massage I have ever paid for and was expecting an experience reflective of the cost. Please update website to allow customers an option for choosing the massage therapist gender preference when booking online. Please allow customers to choose the gratuity amount instead of forcing an automatic 20 percent gratuity. Please offer military discount.

I received the most amazing, relaxing massage of my life. It was wonderful. Staff was great. I also enjoyed the amenities; hot tub, sauna, steam room. What a great day!

The Serenity spa left a memorable impression with my group. I wish I could say it was a good one but it was so bad, so very bad it was almost unbelievable.If you book a spa appointment here is what to expect. (It happened to us yesterday, as a party of 5 who went there to celebrate my birthday) 1. Mass confusion and disrespect from the staff. 2. To have your spa service time changed without being informed and without your consent. (We had one in our party of 5 who had to wait by herself for 3 hours because they switched it and told her there was nothing they could do, they said "it must be our new system that messed up the times") 3. To be ushered into the women's locker room, given a tour, a cheese plate, champagne and lockers, and then when half of the group is in a spa service, the rest
