5 stars ⭐️ My experience here was exquisite. I came in with a migraine that had been going on for days! As soon as I stepped in they treated me with care ,and the massage gave me tension relief really helping my migraine. They even found knots in my back and neck I didn’t even know I had and helped them! I also got the hot stone, and it was just right! Now if you ever are in Garfield, Montebello and what the perfect relaxation time, go to Serenity Spa. You can’t say you don’t like it if you’ve never tried it!

I’ve been here three times and unfortunately the quality is very inconsistent. For context I had been getting regular massages every year for 6 years. The first time here was great but the second two times were atrocious. The second time I had a male masseuse who made me feel sexually assaulted. He was touching me very inappropriately multiple times. I was in shock in the moment but didn’t say anything and feel that I should have reported him. I didn’t ask for the name but I remember he is bald. The third time, I asked for a female masseuse just to be safe and she was also untrained and unprofessional. She was massaging me in a very weird way, like rolling really hard on my shoulder blade or hitting my bones. She almost burned me with the hot stone. I kept giving her instructions the whole

This was one of the most uncomfortable and disturbing spa experiences I have ever had. I am a female client and was assigned a male masseuse ( short, bald guy, smoker- smelled his hands while he was working on my head). I was covered only by a towel, placing me in an inherently vulnerable position. During the massage, while he was working on my back, his groin area repeatedly made contact with my arms. I moved my arms multiple times to avoid this contact, yet it continued. At no point did he acknowledge or correct his positioning. When it came time to work further on my back, he asked me to remove my underwear. I clearly said no. Given the repeated boundary violations earlier in the session, this request felt highly inappropriate and alarming. Nothing about this massage felt professiona

It was one of most disappointing massage I had in a long time. masseuse had no strength whatsoever and I felt no different pre and post session. I came with two friends and they felt the same.
