I gave it a 3 because I had been here before and it went well. But I made an appointment online the day before and when I got there this time at 9 the person that was supposed to cut my hair was not there. They told me she should be pulling up any minute. I waited 15 mins and still she didn’t show up. So I left. I would think someone would have reached out because there was another hairstylist working at the time and I told her who I was there for. I just feel that if it was me I would’ve at least called and tried to reschedule and apologize for not showing up.

I’m from Lafayette and drive to Sulphur just to have Brooke mostly but sometimes Maggie work their magic on my hair. LOVE them both. They are the Best & are very spiritual! Hugs to these two ladies!!!

These girls are so incredibly talented. They both are so personal and truly listen to your needs and desires. They know the latest trends and are passionate about what they do. You won't make a mistake trusting these girls with your wedding day, prom day, or just to get freshened up before your class reunion.

All of our experience with Serinity Salon comes from working with Maggie who does excellent work and is super helpful. She has definitely given us the opinion that Serinity is a fantastic hair salon. They are greaty appreciated and highly reccommended!

Maggie ruined my hair 2 years ago. Truly awful. Three people tried to fix it but it was such a mess, it took forever to grow out. I find the amount of five stars for this salon very suspicion. This salon showed up in a search for something else and the stars I saw made me investigate. I thought it would be irresponsible not to share
