Serenity Salon & Spa

We've used Brittany at Serenity Salon & Spa for almost nine years and have always been very happy with the haircuts (me) and cuts and color (my wife) we've received. Brittany is always cheerful and bubbly which makes our experiences with her so very positive. Something that really stands out to me is that Brittany treats everyone with that same happy, positive and courteous manner that we've seen. She and her staff have always been very professional and welcoming. We highly recommend them!

[TL;DR: This place is amazing, the staff is wonderful, the prices will not break your wallet!] I went here because of a chance encounter with a client who said she liked my hair color. It was mostly washed out, but I took the compliment and the suggestion to try getting it redone at Serenity. BEST DECISION EVER!!! The staff here are SO sweet, and incredibly professional. Grace was my main stylist, and Vanessa (I'll kick myself if I got that wrong) helped double-team my color. Grace did tell me they don't USUALLY do a ton of "fashion colors", but you would NEVER know that!! I have a ton of hair (thick, long, multiple levels of curls and damage) and so with bleach and color it took 4.5 hours to do a teal and purple "galaxy-inspired" theme. I went to the Salon for the first time and the experience was amazing. Grace was great and took time to assess my hair and discuss my wishes giving me wonderful advice. The scalp and hand massage were amazing. My hair turned out great from the color to the cut. I walked out feeling beautiful. The whole salon was friendly and welcoming

Brittany has cut and color my hair for 4-5 years. She does a great job, and wants to make you happy. She is ready for you at your appointment time. The whole team is welcoming and friendly. I went to Serenity Salon & Spa first for a haircut. I had the pleasure to sit in Graces chair. She helped me feel comfortable, very nice, and professional, even curled my hair for an event that night. The second time I came to Serenity, I received a massage from Chandler. The massage was incredible, extremely relaxing (to the point that I fell asleep and drooled😂). I’ve already booked my next appointments with both ladies. Regardless of what service you get, you will not be disappointed. Very friendly staff and very welcoming!
