Serenity Salon, Spa & Boutique

I have always had a great experience at Serenity. When the hair beast needs taming they always take care of me. I enjoyed my time with Aaliyah we chatted like old friends 🧡 and she wouldn't let me leave until we were both happy with my hair. I can not wait to go back!

Zoe is amazing! She is always very kind and listens to what you want. She gives you informative information about what would be best for you to do to achieve the look you are looking for when it comes to your hair. I will say that it's a bit different seeing how much dust is on the lights/ceiling fans.

I had an amazing expirence with Aaliyah! She was a sweetheart and wonderful to speak with. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it and I’ll definitely be returning!

Mallory is a hair genius who does wonders for my hair! 🩷🩷🩷 The Boutique has the CUTEST items. I I prefer to shop online and avoid people. They do have an online service, however they do not list all their items. 😫 I called and made a suggestion that as soon as they open a box of new inventory, get it steamed, photographed, and put on their website. (This is why I took a star off.) Do they realize that their sales would triple?! They even accept Shop Pay online. 😁 Another thing, when I called to make the suggestion, the young lady was sooooooo sweet and RESPECTFUL to me! 🩷 Their merchandise is displayed and marketed well. Tons of cuteness 😍!

We just moved to the area and I was excited to shop at their boutique. We walked in and not one person said anything to us. One girl came out of the office, looked right at us and walked right back in to finish her conversation with the other employee. We walked around a little bit longer but seemed to be more of a bother that we were there, so we left. Terrible customer service.
