Serenity Salon and Spa

I received an excellent massage from Michael Blakely today. I weight lift regularly and had several knots and areas of soreness, and he used very effective techniques to work them out and ease the tension. It was very apparent that he has been an expert in the field for 25 years. After the session, my whole body felt like it was floating. Michael was incredibly kind and had the best sense of humor, which made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I went home and took the best nap of my life. I highly recommend Michael!

Last Monday I booked a side by side massage for my husband and myself for his birthday. I received the time and date along with “any staff” assignment which we were fine with. We showed up for our appointment on Friday his birthday and were told we were not on the books and the online booking system is just a request. I found this ridiculous considering we had a confirmation for the appointment on our phone however even if so, we never received a call or email the entire week confirming our “requested” booking. My name and number was written down by a less than friendly young receptionist, and we were still not called back. I called again two days later and left a message and as of now have yet to hear back. I have gone here for years for massages, and this experience (new staff it seems)

As someone who is very anxious when it comes to changing the appearance of my hair, I trusted Sherri Willard. Who did an outstanding job, she was very patient and made sure to assist all my needs as a client. 100% recommend!

Sherri Marie Willard did an AMAZING job transitioning me from black box dye to a beautiful light hair color melt of brown & blonde… it’s gorgeous & really made my day!!! Go see her!!
