Janet is a wonderful lady...she cares about her community and customers. Tabitha done a fantastic job on my hair. I will be driving 2 hours to come back to have my hair done. The boutique outback is fabulous... Very cute and unique pieces.

As rude a person I have met since moving to Hartwell. I walked in to see about scheduling a massage for my Wife. Waited several minutes to be acknowledged, finally walked down a hall and an older woman, clearly annoyed at my presence “helped” me. I asked about scheduling the massage and she said “we have two therapists right now, good luck getting in” turned on my heal and walked out. Guess business must be good to be able to treat people that way. I drive by and see a vacant building before long, that won’t be a local business I will feel bad for.

I’ve been a few times to see Michael Shaw for facials and he is fantastic! He is teaching me how to properly care from my skin and also guiding me buy the right products and stop wasting money on products that either don’t work or that aren’t good for my skin. Knowledge coupled with his quality of work is what will keep me going to see him every month! Thank you Michael for helping me with my skin care journey, you’re the best!

My wife called and left a message for someone to call her back so she could make a hair appointment. It has been over a month no one called back. I went by to see if I could book a massage for my wife for valentines day. Trying to give them another chance. NO ONE at the desk. After waiting a while a hair dresser peeked out behind a mirror (the only one up front I might add) and tried to help me but knew nothing about the massages and started to walk off to try and fine someone after looking out the window and informing me the massage therapist was not there. I said never mind a walked out. I laughed as I walked by "shop local" sign. I always try to; but get so frustrated with business owners that don't care or don't train staff on how to treat new customers.

Being new to Hartwell, really didn’t know where to go. Saw this little shop, and decided to give it a try. Taylor gave me the best haircut I have had in a long time. Not only cut but played it, so professional. You cannot go wrong! Thank You Taylor
