Serenity Salon and Day Spa

Had an amazing 1st experience at this salon. It was a very welcoming environment and fun. Came in with an inspiration picture for my daugthers haircut and it was on point. My daughter struggles to like her hair and she came out feeling so happy with her result. I cannot wait to continue to come here. Lillian did an amazing job and walked my 11 year old with the process of everything she was doing. My daughter hates getting her haircut and she had no problems yesterday.

Made an appointment online day before. Drove one hour to appointment and showed up on time. Business closed despite sign saying opened at 9. Called business phone only to be told that appointment I had was with someone who no longer worked there. No apologies and acted as if I was in the wrong! Terrible customer service!
