I made an appointment with Hanna. I was told to walk in and say I have an appointment with Hanna. I did just this but after I said that no one helped me. So I stood there until one of the ladies told me to sit down. I sat for about 20 minutes when a lady came up and asked what color I wanted. I showed her my reference picture and she started doing my nails. In the middle of doing my nails, she made me switch to another lady so she could do someone else’s nails. I didn’t know at the time but neither of these ladies were the woman I made my appointment with. It wasn’t till the end when I noticed my nails are sloppy and uneven and the design doesn’t look like the picture at all. The underside of my nails are also not completely cleaned up. By that I mean under the nail is very thick and uneve

My mom and I came in for a Valentine’s Day pedicure, and we had the best experience! The staff was so warm and welcoming, making us feel truly special and cared for. Our pedicures turned out amazing!!! Everything from the attention to detail to the relaxing atmosphere was perfect. It was such a wonderful way to spend quality time together. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a little pampering and love! They truly care about their clients!
