Customer Reviews
I’ve been a regular at this nail salon for some time, but my most recent visit was disappointing. I got my nails done just yesterday, and they’re already peeling. I expect quality that lasts longer than a day, especially acrylic and gel at this price. This is the third time my nails break or peel one day after service. The salon usually does a good job, which is why I keep coming back, but for the past several times fell short. It’s frustrating to pay for something that doesn’t hold up. Hoping management will address this issue and ensure better consistency, as I’d like to keep supporting this business.
Serenity Nails Spa – The Best in Gambrills! I’ve been a loyal client of Serenity Nails Spa in Gambrills (Crofton Station strip mall) for seven years, and I can confidently say this is the best nail salon in the area! The shop is always spotlessly clean and has a relaxing atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. My go-to technician is Kimmie, and she is truly amazing! Whether it’s a manicure, pedicure, or the perfect eyebrow wax with an arch, she delivers flawless results every time. The best part, I never have to tell her what I want—she knows exactly what to do! Her attention to detail and skill keep my nails and brows looking perfect. If you’re looking for a professional, clean, and welcoming nail salon with top-tier service, I highly recommend Serenity Nails Spa—and be sure to bo
Very disappointed with my experience at serenity nails today. I asked for a specific color, which the employee said she had, and the color I was given was completely different. To make matters worse, one of my nails was visibly crooked, and I was still expected to pay $80 for it, which is already $30 more than their local competitors (who do a MUCH BETTER job). The employees gathered around my nails, laughing at how crooked the one nail was, and played it off by saying “Oh, so pretty!” Like, I knew they were talking about how bad my nails looked. I felt very insecure and uncomfortable. And they didn’t even try to fix it. I am never returning and I was only given a 50% refund. This is unacceptable.
Firstly, I notice negative reviews regarding appointment times and while you may not always be taken care of right at your appointment time, it’s important to recognize a good business that takes care of ALL of their clients to the same standard across the board. This especially goes for businesses that take walk ins. Recognize that these techs take their time to perfect their craft and art on each and every single customer. I have been to many other places where I am seen right at my appointment time and I’m so disappointed in the result of my service because it was rushed to get to the next appointment. At Serenity, Helen is an over the top perfectionist when it comes to your pedicures and dip manicures. You really notice the effort she put into every single detail and I will always alwa
Service has changed here. I usually can get in for a walk in and have a good experience. No problem getting seen today because it was relatively empty but then it felt like the nail techs were all talking about me after I sat down. It did not feel kind. English is not my first language and I do not assume everyone talks about me when they use their native tongue but this felt different. When I picked my color out; there was a lot of discussion about it from everyone. My nail tech kept nicking my toe and I had to tell her it hurt twice for her to stop. Later she gave me a different color than the one I asked for. She did fix the color issue after she asked if it was okay but the color still looked different from the sample. I had originally picked a longer session for the gel pedicure but
