Serenity Nails

Just got my first almond shape shellac manicure and absolutely loved it! Rayna was so sweet and accommodating to meet my request. I’ve gone to her a few times now and she is such a sweetheart. I always enjoy coming to this facility to get my nails done. Very nice place and the staff is always super nice. My daughter loves it too. We just went together to get our eyebrows done the other day and the lady here has never disappointed me on eyebrows. I don’t know her name.

If I could rate this awful place less then a star. I’m just beyond disgusted at the fact that starting my pedicure the lady seemed as if she didn’t want to be doing her job, so aggressive and with rude manners. Mind you this is my first time getting a pedicure, when she started to cut and do her things my toes did hurt a little bit, but i though that it was normal, just the process of a pedicure. Not even 12 hours have passed and my two big toe nails are literally infected. DON’T GO to this place, look for someone that actually does the job and loves what they do. Beyond upset and disgusted…

got a pedicure and manicure, shellac on both, signature pedicure, did terrible, didnt do everything involved in the description and did poorly on what she did do, didn’t get polish on whole nail, left sides blank. when doing manicure, i asked her to get my cuticles a little more cus there was some hanging off, she cut me and i was bleeding then she put something on it and rubbed the crap out of it and made it worse, asked about two stars on two nails, instead of saying it couldn’t be done, they did a very poor job. then with the bill, over charged us so much, literally $300 when all we got was two pedicures and manicures on natural nails and two stars on our fingers. they were also so very rude. all in all, we will not be back, i’d give them a zero if i could.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews. But I’m very disappointed that my nails barely lasted a week before lifting and breaking off. I was already displeased with the thickness and unevenness of the square shape. However, I came in an hour before closing with no appointment, so I appreciated them accommodating me. I work an office job, so I am not hard on my nails, but the pinkie nail basically just fell off after my shower. My right thumb nail, pointer nail, and middle nail are all lifting as well. I’m going to have to go get a fill after just 1 week. This just wasn’t a quality service. I got my nails done the evening of 1/11/2025 and today is 1/19/2025. I’m leaving a 3 star review because they did a great job on my eyebrows.

I tried Serenity for the first time today. The tech (male) was friendly and did a wonderful job on my pedicure. The manicure is uneven, very thick and the shaping leaves me second guessing my choice. The pictures are after he attempted to fix a bubble in a nail and tried reshaping a little more. They are a bit hard to see in the pictures. I paid a lot of money and I wish I could say that I was completely happy but I'm not. This is my birthday gift for myself. The salon was clean and comfortable. Not sure if I will be back. Update: I appreciate you offering to fix my manicure and being very friendly and understanding. I'm not feeling well enough to come back at this time due to recovering from surgery. Thank you
