Serenity Nails

Horrible! Just moved here. Went in for Christmas nails. Needed a fill. For 2 nail designs they wanted to charge me $20. Ended up charging me $50.00 for a fill and gel polish. I told him not to cut them down. He sanded them down anyways! Overcharged me! Then talked to each other and bad mouthed me because I wanted a design.

Have gone to this location a couple times ask for a full set no problem.... this time ...I went in on Friday asked for a full acrylic set, I chose my colors then she proceeded to do some new Gel technique from TikTok At first I was confused thought maybe it would be cheaper but when I went to pay for my set it was $60 the same as my acrylic when I asked about the new technique and why acrylic wasn't used because I'm a cashier and on the register a lot everyone in the shop looked at me like I was crazy, later that evening one of the gentleman works there was in my store shopping ask how my nails were and that it was a big TikTok trend and they are good for 2 months. Happy I found this place. Didn’t know they are currently only doing appointments so I walked in but they were super accommodating and managed to squeeze me in later that day. Great customer service! The lady doing my nails was very gentle with my hands which I appreciate since my hands are kinda stiff sometimes.

Usually they are nice but lately they been horrible at doing their job. My acrylics broke off and my nail gel polish came off 5 days after getting them done. It’s not the same anymore. I went in to get them remove they told me to come back later. I was willing to wait but he said “we don’t have time to remove them.”

I really enjoyed simple gel manicure and pedicure. Vanessa and Mohammed dis me at the same time. My toes messed up. I had no problems getting them republished. I have finally found a nail salon in North Las Vegas
