Serenity Nails

Went out on a limb to try this place and I’ll never be back. I asked for a white chrome nail because we took engagement pictures that weekend. First i asked for a short nail and she asked me why i was even getting an extension put on if i wanted short. Then she started to do my nails and i could see bubbles and it all being so uneven. I kept my mouth shut. She painted my nails and the white didn’t even cover my whole nail it was so uneven. She then added a pink chrome on top, i asked her why it was pink and not while and she told me that it would be different colors in light. I just wanted to get out of there fast as i could. I paid $66 for my service and walked out crying. I then called to see if i could speak to a manager and they were so rude they told me they couldn’t do anything about

If I could give 100 starts I would! 10/10 recommend this place. Everyone is so friendly and sweet. I always feel special and they take their time and do and excellent job. Extra shout out to Susan who just gave me the prettiest nails I’ve ever had! 💕

I generally always have a good experience but not the last two times. I went in on Thursday for a refill and gel. They looked great just like the inspo pic. But they started lifting so I went back today and she was visibly frustrated with me filed down over the gel polish leaving the bottom half of my nail alone and she just added acrylic on top edge of nail brushing the acrylic down over the gel polish which will now force me to need to get a new set the next visit. Looks like trash very disappointed she didn’t want to make the repair properly and halfway took care of it.

Very disappointed! Not friendly! . Rude! Never offered me a water. Didn’t ask me to choose the scent for my DELUXE pedicure!! Did not speak to me when I requested she go back and remove additional build up of skin around my toe. She did it but hurt me while she was doing it. While my toes were drying she came back and said What Happened !! It messed up!!! I said I did nothing!! I never moved. I had brought my on polish and she took it and kept it. I had to pick it up from her tray when I left. Also she never put the heat machine on my toes to dry. She also cut the side of my toe and it was bleeding and she never asked me if I was ok!!! When she was done she just walked away!!! Horrible experience. I was going to purchase gift cards for Mother’s Day but no way. Your loss!!!Byeeeeeee

My favorite place to get my nails done! They are always great and fast, but never rushed, and are very kind! Even when there is a long wait, you will be getting your nails done before you know it. They are affordable and my nails are amazing every time. I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and I love it.
