I went in with a fill and she let me know since I had a pink acrylic base that she may not be able to do it and would let me know. She didn’t say a thing and rushed the whole process. My nails were filed uneven to the point that I had to go home and fix it. On top of that she did my fill with clear acrylic which normally would have been fine. But since I wanted milky white I would have thought she would use white acrylic or idk even the same color as the base so that way the nail is all one color…that way when she paints over the nail you can’t see underneath. She didn’t say anything at all and in fact barely put any acrylic on my nail. My nails are lifting and I went last Friday… on top of that you can see where my nail was filled under the polish and it looks cheap. I have included pictu

If you live in Lubbock and you are looking for a welcoming and relaxing experience literally go ANYWHERE ELSE but Serenity. I called on the phone before going because my friend was only getting a pedicure and I was only getting acrylics and I wanted to make sure we would be able to both sit in the pedicure chairs so we could still talk and sit beside each other. I have had literally every other nail salon I’ve ever been to allow this- they are fully capable to do acrylics from the pedicure chair and it really wasn’t a weird request. The man on the phone said absolutely we would both be able to sit there and get our services done. As a man, I was always bashful about pedicures. Never again. I had my very first pedicure here and it was awesome. I felt absolutely pampered and my feet were so smooth and fragrant afterward. The lady that treated me, though I felt a bit of a language barrier, was very chill with me. She even recommend the White Tea and Ginger pedicure when I was being indecisive and it was a good call. My favorite part was definitely the hot coal massage near the end. They were even cool with me not wanting nail polish, which made me very comfortable. The $65 price tag wasn't bad either. I'll definitely reappear for another treatment.

Kim did such a great job on my nails!! Affordable and definitely a place I will go to again!
