Serenity Nail Salon

I’ve been a loyal customer of Serenity Nails in Sterling, VA for several years, and I can honestly say I’m always satisfied. The staff is incredibly friendly and truly takes care of their clients. They take pride in their work, and it shows every time I leave with beautiful nails. The prices are good, appointments are easy to make, and the overall experience is always relaxing. Highly recommend!

I tried this salon for the first time today. It was super easy to book an appointment via phone call and their prices/services were clearly stated on their brochure. The nail tech was awesome. She was very meticulous about her work and made sure I was happy with my nails every step of the way. One of my nails was smudged at the end and she went back and fixed it without any issue. Very calming ambience. The nail techs didn't talk a lot and it was quiet and peaceful. 9:30 on a Saturday and there were only a few customers. Great experience all around.

John and Connie are amazing. My nails have never looked better and even though my nails are really brittle, they really take good care of them. Love coming here!

If I could put zero stars I would do it, the price they charge for some nails is exaggerated, apart from the fact that they put beginners to work on your nails and they don’t know how to do their job, if they have the possibility of going to this establishment don’t go, I did some nails with gel today and the gel is already being removed, if you put someone who doesn’t know how to do the job and you charge like a “Professional” it’s a robbery I’m very angry because I paid to much for this that was horrible!!!

Took two hours to do a dip full set. The set was uneven, the color was bumpy, and the nails were all different shapes. When I asked for a refund the manager made me wait until he was ready and then was rude when I tried to explain the issues.
