Serenity Nail Lounge

My first time here, i’m always down for trying new places.. and i was not disappointed!! she did exactly what i wanted. i showed her a picture and told her how i liked my shape (every other salon doesn’t do it good) and she NAILED it!! so happy with my nails and will deff be back!! Lilly was my nail tech ; she was excellent & checked in to make sure i was happy often!! thank you so much. everyone was very personable & the salon was SUPER clean!!!!

I’ve been here several times and each experience is not to be desired. The staff is rude and condescending. The woman asked me if the water was ok, I said it’s a little hot so the brightest thought was to turn it all of the way to cold and walk away, so I had cold water the entire time. The guy who did my nails ripped my cuticles off of skin. And don’t get me started on the file/cut job. It looks like someone took a bit out of my big toe nail. This is the last chance. I’m completely done. This place is horrible. Also, the GEL polish lasted 4 days before it started chipping. What a scam.

Lily did my manicure for my sisters wedding! I asked for florals in autumn colors. She used pressed flowers! Lily was extremely detail oriented and made the shape perfect! The nails were $100 I received the $55 pedicure with the scrub and massage. The massage was amazing! The experience was very relaxing and my nails turned out great. Lily was great again!

Emily does such a great job on my nails every single gel time I come here! Not to mention, her designs are effortless! I just moved to the area and it took me a while to find a good nail tech. Go to Emily!

I had such a great experience with Serenity Nail lounge.The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the staff paid so much attention to detail. My nails came out flawless—exactly how I wanted them. The polish is smooth, the shape is perfect, and I get so many compliments every time. On top of that, Helen was super friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. Definitely my go-to salon for nail services!
