I’ve been going to serenity for years and never had a bad experience. Recently the original owner sold serenity to new people. I booked a 9 am pedicure weeks in advance and get a message the night before my appointment that my appointment was rebooked to 9:30 am. I couldn’t do that and was confused why my appointment booked weeks in advance was rescheduled the day before. I call them and they tell me they don’t open at 9:00 am and open at 9:30. Weird. Why would your booking site have appointments available for 9:00? I insist on canceling the appointment because I had another appointment too close to 9:30 and they tell me it’s okay “this one time” and will let me come in at 9. As if it was my fault their online booking site (that they have always used) isn’t up to date. I come in at 9, and

Just went in to remove my old gel polish - they quoted $10 & then went ahead & did a manicure ( simple) w/o nail polish & when I check out they charge $30! No asking, no confirmation that I asked for a minimum service - Then they pretend their English is bad….. If u show your annoyance & do not tip (or tip less) they demand a higher amount - that happened to me in the past. The Needham ladies do not mind paying whatever they charge/say - They are so aggressive about their business/ earnings that it doesn’t leave a good taste. Never going there again. I was at this nail salon a few days ago to get my nails done, and a Korean lady, Tina , did my nails. Her service was not professional. In the middle of my manicure session, she left me for another customer’s pedicure session. She was extremely impolite and unprofessional. I AM really disappointed.

Ugliest french nails ever. I did french nails dip with tip extension with a tech name Lilly. This is my first time with her. She wasn't not doing a good job. She was rough on my nails and not careful, my two fingers was cut fresh and it wounded. Moreover all surface on my nails are like wavy and thick. I would give a zero star, If I could. I'm going to remove it tomorrow. So disappointed. 👎
