Serenity Nail Art

Love love loved them! From the moment I stepped in, they were so so nice. I felt like I was talking with friends and they were all so engaged which I really appreciated as I came in alone. They were also so kind to stay after closing to finish my nails and did not rush at all. And obviously, as you can see, they made my nails look amazing! And above all, they are the most reasonably priced nail salon I have ever been to. I will definitely only be going here from now on and recommending to my friends as well.

Im a loyal customer and I go to the salon every 2 weeks so I’m surprised to read your comment. It’s not the truth. I come there to ask the manager about the problem so she explained in detail. They have the big containers of nail powder to fill up into many small containers which has 2$ tag on the lid. 2$ is the price of empty container. I think it’s misunderstanding since this salon is extremely clean and professional.

Definitely a pleasant first time experience! I went late in the day and it was super clean and welcoming! I was offered something to drink and if everything was ok. My toes were gorgeous and love how he made sure I had enough coats and took his time. I didn't feel rushed but wasn't there all night. I'm definitely going back, the prices were reasonable, and the chair was comfortable. I say give them a try and hopefully the service and environment is the same for you.

Waited an hour while the owner tried to do a manicure, only to have 2 fingers bleed due to the owner pulling off skin, not apologizing and trying to color over one of the wounds with fingernail polish. Afterward, she had a nail tech help her fix her manicure attempts. Needless to say, I will not be back and neither will I be recommending this business to anyone. I had never been injured at a nail salon prior to this point.

This is my first time and pleasantly impressed. Excellent customer service, large variety of colors. Had the deluxe pedicure and the massage was just perfect! Julie is super sweet and did an excellent work with my nails as well. Certainly will come back. For sure, recommend this salon.
