It was a wonderful experience. Never been to a head spa before and always wanted to try one. Grace did an amazing job! It was very relaxing and I felt my scalp sooo clean! Highly recommend! Arrived a bit early and got seen right away. Everyone needs to try this! Got a foot massage, neck massage, and scalp massage! 10/10!

Cynthia was great. She did a thorough analysis of my scalp before we started. The massage portion was relaxing and I an immediate improvement in my hair when I left. I will be back!

My husband and I booked the 70-minute couples Basic Serenity Head Spa service and had the best experience from start to finish. We were warmly greeted by Jenni at check-in, which instantly made us feel welcome and relaxed. The service began with a detailed scalp analysis for each of us, which was really informative and customized the treatment to our needs. Then we headed to our room to get ready, and the entire session was incredibly soothing, comfortable, and professional. Both Jenni and Sophie were amazing! They were gentle, attentive, and clearly skilled at what they do. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already excited for our next visit back. I was greeted and checked on throughout my entire visit which was great. Christina gave me a truly relaxing experience with my full body massage, facial, and head treatment. It’s interesting to see the difference in how your scalp looks when once you’ve had this treatment. I would recommend this business for anyone looking to be pampered.
