I had THE best experience. Tiffany is amazing, she was so personable. I felt so warm and cared for sitting in her chair. I was very pleased with my hair results especially at a reasonable price. The esthetic was inviting, professional & creative. Ugh!! I can’t wait to go back. ❤️

I’ve gone back and forth about whether to write this review, as I hate to bring another woman down. But I feel like it might be helpful. I went to Tiffany based on a recommendation from my mom, who really liked the way she did her silk press. Sadly, my experience was not the same. I scheduled highlights, a cut and a silk press. I asked for caramel highlights and showed her a picture for reference. When she took the foils out, the highlights on one half of my hair were bleached bright yellow blond and the other side of my head had brassy orange highlights. She asked me how I liked the color and I told her I wanted caramel, this is where it all went down hill. It may just be her way of speaking, but she speaks in a very hard way and she seemed to be annoyed that I wasn’t happy with

Tiffany is the only person I trust to do my silk press. She always does a phenomenal job. I have very thick coarse hair and I know it can be hard to manage. Not one time did she complain or make me feel like it was too much. She made me super comfortable and at ease the whole time. She doesn’t rush your service. She is thorough each step of the way. She is not scissor happy. You ask for a trim and she will take off what you need and not go crazy. And my hair is PRESSED! She did a phenomenal job. This is my probably my 5th time coming and every time I come I am highly satisfied!!

I am from Bridgeport which is a bigger city then the Hartford/west Hartford area I have been to Tiffany 3 times and have never been disappointed. She not only cares for the style but cares for your hair. My natural hair is down my shoulders and the silk press was amazing best one I have ever got. And I recently got bundled since it’s summer and it’s amazing it looks absolutely natural and no heat damage to my natural hair. I recommend you check her out she is very gentle with your hair and always asks you exactly what you want and her prices are very fair compared to these others mediocre places. I choose her as my stylist for my natural hair & bundles check her out if your in the area.

Tiffany was awesome! My hair looks great. This was my first time to her shop. She was timely and payed close attention to detail. She was very friendly, personable, and most of all listened to what I wanted. She executed the style I was asking for exactly. I already made my next appointment. I Would highly recommend her!
