The professionalism is truly over the top. From the moment I sit in the chair, I feel cared for. Not only does she wash and style my hair beautifully, but she takes her time, listens, and answers every question with patience and understanding. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, kindness, and genuine attentiveness the way she does. I’m so grateful to be back in a salon setting that feels peaceful, welcoming, and consistent. Came to Ft. Lauderdale / Miami area for an event. Booked an appointment for a sew-in. The receptionist was amazing, courteous, kind to everyone. She also provided great wash. This salon really prides themselves in taking care of your hair and quality service. They don’t rushed and take care of each customer. Looking forward to visiting in the summer.

Serenity Hair and Spa has truly been a blessing! After my recent surgery, I wasn’t feeling like myself and had been struggling with my hair since moving to the area. The hard water caused severe dryness and breakage, and I felt completely lost. From the moment I reached out, the team was kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. Nakia and Gigi made sure I was comfortable (even with my neck brace) and recommended flat twists to help my hair regain hydration. Really good service at Serenity Hair and Spa. I originally booked a colour change and silk press but after the specialist had a look at my hair they determined that it was too damaged and that I would need to do a few treatments before my hair was healthy enough to dye. I really appreciate that they care and looked after their clients hair to make sure it's healthy! They could have easily just taken my money and damaged my hair but they priosed my hair health. I got a hydration treatment, much needed hair trim and a silk press! I love my new healthy hair. Thank you!
