If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a certified massage therapist for 27 years. I asked for a 30 min back massage and the therapist rushed me into the room while she finished with another client, then proceeded to act like she could not massage me fast enough. I kept asking her to slow down and use more pressure. It felt like she was using more sports massage than anything to relax a knot. Idk if she was distracted or didn’t understand much English or what, but maybe halfway through I asked her to stop. Extremely disappointed. In answer to your response, no, the therapist did not make the necessary adjustments to my requests, which is why I ended it half way through, at 15 minutes. So no, it did not last 30 minutes. I was very unsure since I have never recieved a massage. She made it very easy and relaxing for me. Hands down best experince and will go again and again knowing it will just get better

I went today and the environment was comfortable, I’m not sure of the woman’s name but she constantly asked how i was doing with her pressure (I didn’t know what i needed). My whole body felt relaxed and I wasn’t stiff anymore.

Best massage of my life. I had always gotten massages from franchises and was always mildly unsatisfied with them. I’ll definitely be going here from now on. First place that was able to actually work out the tension in my shoulders / upper back. The masseuse was very professional and knowledgeable.

I went here about a week ago.Probably one of the best massages I've ever had except for one thing-and I find it a little worrying that no one else has mentioned it. My female masseuse (I'm also a female) pulled the sheet down PAST my buttocks for the entirety of my massage. There was one point where the sheet wasn't even touching my body at all, and my entire backside was completely exposed. She kept it extremely professional and didn't do anything inappropriate otherwise.I didn't have a problem with it, but there IS an expectation of modesty for massage clients that I think this business needs to familiarize themselves with before they do this to the wrong person.
