My fiance and I booked a couple's therapeutic massage. He left a message, and they called back quickly to fit us in the next day. This was my fiance's first ever professional massage, and he's convinced now that they're a good thing! He remarked afterward how much less pain he was in. As for me, it was one of the best massages I've ever had. The practitioner asked me to pinpoint my worst areas; I had had pain in my shoulder for months, with one of them twinging frequently and not letting me lift objects in some directions. She did some VERY intense trigger point work that left me a little sore that day and the next, but my shoulders are moving much more freely and painlessly! I would definitely go back here! I never had a facial before and Mary was great about explaining what to expect and checking in along the way. I've been outside a lot this winter and was experiencing severe dry skin and after my facial, my skin is basically healed and has never been this glowy and soft. I also booked a one hour massage with Grace. This was by far the best one I ever had. I have a neck injury so I've had dozen of massages over the years that felt good, but never really made an impact on the pain I was having. Today's massage actually got to the deeper issues in my muscles and I have significant pain relief. I can't recommend this spa enough!!

My wife and I have been to this day spa many times over the years. Despite rarely having had the same masseuse twice, we have always had good massages. As one of the best values in the area, book early because it does book-up.

The most amazing massage I’ve ever had. Therapeutic with Bre, she took care of deep neck pain I had, and her pacing and pressure were on point! Will definitely be back! My BFF had a mani and pedi that were equally as amazing! Friendly staff, great price point, beautiful space.
